@Chase For the most part I’ve been satisfied with my service @Chase. But now I see what people talk about when it comes to your “discretionary”banking practices. Discriminatory or Discretionary is what I can’t tell. Because what I am experiencing makes no sense.

Called @Chase bc I’m leaving the country next week. No longer take travel notifications; they call/text for suspicious activity. I explain I won’t have cell service. Their response: “we’ll just call/text you”I’m going to be stranded in a foreign country w/no access to money 🙄

@ChaseSupport what's the point of being a premium travel credit card and charging the exorbitant rates of $550 when lounge access is not guaranteed. Why not choose the rivals such as amex with a much better lounge network.
