McCall White, 69, former vice president and general manager for the Cadillac division of General Motors Corp. GRANGER, Tex. The Rev. Vavelav Vavbina, who introduced the American YMCA idea in Czechoslovakia in 1921. He died three days after he was rescued from his flaming parsonage.

The 76-year-old pastor of the CzechMoravian Brethren church here was not burned in the fire. The Rev. Joseph A. Barton, who announced the death, said it was due to "heart trouble and complications." Rev. Vavbina, a former Congregationalist minister, WAS born in Europe and came to the United States in 1884.

He attended an Oberlin, 0., seminary, and held pastorates in St. Louis, Tabor, Holding Ford and St. Paul, and various South Dakota cities. He was sent by a national YMCA council to organize a similar group in Czechoslovakia in 1921. He remained in Europe 12 years.

Faust, 222 Ridge Troy, was killed in an auto accident at 3 p. m. Sunday in Columbus. Miss Faust was thrown from a convertible coupe in which she was riding with three others as it overturned on Riverside dr. near the Columbus zoo.

She was pronounced dead at the scene. She was graduated from Troy high school in 1948 and attended Denison university as a freshman transferring last September to the Ohio State university arts school. Her uncle, Samuel Faust, is Circult Court judge. Her grandfather, Charles F. Faust, is an attorney and her other grandfather, Brooks Johnson, is clerk of courts.

Surviving are the parents, sister, Jeannine; and the nts, Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Faust and Mr. and Mrs.
